Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we have specific guidelines for returns.

Shipped Items: Returns are only accepted for shipped items that have been gravely misrepresented. Customers have up to 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return shipping label for eligible items.
Pickup Items: We have a no-return policy for pickup buys. You will have the opportunity to inspect your items upon pick up. You will be provided with a space to do so and inspect any electrical components. At that time, you will have the opportunity to cancel or complete your purchase.
Electrical Items: We do not accept returns on electrical items whatsoever.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is determined to be gravely misrepresented.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unaltered, unused, and unworn. All tags must remain intact.

Refunds will only be issued if all qualifications outlined above are met. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part or if the item is determined to be gravely misrepresented.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the designated timeframe to request a return shipping label and further instructions.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, beyond what is listed, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly indicated in the product description.

We reserve the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
